In this TownHall, workers from the Southern Poverty Law Center, PushBlack, and Local Progress will present the issues that were central in their contract campaigns: how they fought and are fighting them. Non-profit Unions fight on two fronts: for sustainable working conditions, for holding the non-profit accountable to its stated vision and principles. You will hear how workers are helping their organizations thrive while securing sustainable working conditions.
