The Philadelphia Guild's Bargaining Committee has reached a tentative agreement for a new two-year contract. Upon ratification the company will be contractually obligated to print both the Inquirer and Daily News as daily papers for the duration of the agreement. In addition, the company agreed that for the first year of the contract, there will be no layoffs of Guild members.
