Pennsylvania's Harrisburg Patriot-News, which won a 2012 Pulitzer for its coverage of the Penn State scandal, and The Syracuse Post-Standard in New York are following their corporate sibilings in Alabama and New Orleans and will begin a three-day-a-week printing schedule beginning in January.
